Caroline Cherkassky Placed as Partner in Technology Group at Orrick

Caroline CherkasskyWhistler Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Caroline Cherkassky as a partner in Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe's Technology Companies Group. She will be based in the firm's Santa Monica office.

Caroline advises emerging and high growth companies throughout their lifecycle, as well as venture funds and other investors, with expertise in VC financings and corporate governance matters. She sits on the board of the Los Angeles Venture Association and most recently served as co-chair of the Venture Capital and Emerging Growth practice at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles.

Josh Pollick, co-head of Orrick’s global Technology Companies Group, expressed that the firm "launched our Santa Monica office with the goal of bringing the best of Orrick’s holistic tech company approach to Los Angeles. Since day one, this team has been on fire, and we’re thrilled to add a talented rising star like Caroline."
