Seth Greenstein Placed as EC/VC and M&A Counsel at Wiggin and Dana

Whistler Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Seth Greenstein as Counsel in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department. Seth focuses his practice on emerging company and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, private and growth equity transactions and general corporate law. He is also a member of wiggin(x).

"Seth represents clients on corporate and transactional matters that span the company lifecycle, including entity formation, seed and early-stage financings, debt/SAFE financings, and late stage, pre-IPO financings. In addition, Seth has advised clients in various complex, strategic transactions that include growth equity investments, private equity transactions, technology-centric M&A, asset transactions, joint ventures and initial public offerings. His clients have included venture capital firms, growth equity and private equity firms, emerging and high growth companies, founders, entrepreneurs and investors.
