Andrew Roeder Placed as Private Investment Funds Partner at Goodwin

Andrew RoederWhistler Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Andrew Roeder as a partner in Goodwin's Private Investment Funds practice. He will be based in the firm's Boston office.

Roeder "counsels both established and emerging sponsors across a wide range of investment strategies, including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and private credit, as well as assisting sponsors in connection with negotiating and launching separately managed accounts, alternative investment vehicles, co-investment funds, and other bespoke investment arrangements."

In a statement released by Goodwin, Mandee Gruen, co-chair of Goodwin's Private Investment Funds practice, said that “Drew’s extensive experience with fund formation and operations, particularly in the venture capital space, will be invaluable to our clients... He adds meaningful depth to our strong global bench of venture capital and other funds lawyers as we continue to support clients in this dynamic market sector.”
