# Rick Borden Placed as Partner in Frankfurt Kurnit's Privacy & Data Security Group

He will be based in the firm's New York office.

Borden ["represents FinTech, InsurTech, cloud computing and other tech-forward companies on technology transactions and in regulatory disputes. He has handled high profile investigations before the New York State Department of Financial Services and other agencies." In a statement released by Frankfurt Kurnit, Daniel Goldberg, Chair of the Privacy & Data Security Group said that [“Rick is that rare privacy and data security lawyer who has also served as a Chief Privacy Officer...
