Overview
Whistler Partners is partnering with a leading crypto-focused investment platform to hire a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team.
The firm recently closed its fourth fund at approximately $650M and continues to be one of the most active and well-regarded investors in the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem. The platform invests across early-stage, growth, and liquid opportunities, working closely with founders building next-generation financial and infrastructure systems.
The legal team is lean and high-impact, currently consisting of two senior attorneys supporting the business globally. This hire will report directly to a senior member of the legal team and work closely with leadership, including the COO (a former lawyer), on a wide range of strategic matters.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-ownership legal role within a top-tier crypto investment platform.

This is not a narrow or siloed in-house position.
You will be embedded directly in the investment and portfolio ecosystem, advising on venture, growth, and crypto-native transactions, while working closely with investors, founders, and internal stakeholders.
The role offers a blend of ECVC, growth equity, and emerging fund-related exposure, with the ability to develop deep expertise in one of the fastest-evolving areas of the market.
