We’re looking for a Commercial Counsel to join as the company’s second in-house legal hire. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll be a key partner to the business, helping to shape and scale the legal framework as we continue rapid growth. You’ll partner closely with the enterprise sales/partnerships team and lead significant outbound commercial contracting across from a well-known established client base, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, providing pragmatic guidance across teams, and play a critical role in managing risk while supporting growth.
