Whistler Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Rachel Barnett as the Chief Legal Officer at IEX Group, the U.S. equities exchange that’s setting a new standard in the market.
Rachel most recently served as the General Counsel of Brooks Brothers and TravelZoo, and prior to that worked at Skadden.
