Top Requirements

Your background includes some mix of licensing, prosecution, clearance, and/or litigation, and you’ve tackled tech-specific regulatory issues like open-source compliance or IP diligence in M&A. Experience with advertising technology, software platforms, trademark, copyright, or privacy is a strong plus. Top academic credentials are a must.
