Top Requirements
- 7+ years of copyright and/or internet litigation at an elite firm
- Exceptional writing and briefing record on motions to dismiss/summary judgment, TROs/prelim injunctions, and appellate briefs
- Experience with DMCA, secondary liability, fair use, and platform/intermediary issues; AI-related matters a plus
- Comfortable leading teams, managing clients, and coordinating experts
- Federal clerkship or appellate experience preferred
- Bar admission in CA, NY, or DC (or ability to waive in)
