This role requires excellent writing skills, oral advocacy, and project-based experience, with the ability to manage high-level assignments and oversee junior associates and staff. Candidates must have practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable firm and exhibit a high level of academic achievement. Experience in technology litigation, securities class action defense, corporate governance, and company disputes is preferred. Admission to the California bar is required.
