A nationally respected, cross-functional healthcare group seeks a junior corporate associate to pivot into the healthcare space—or build on complex contracting and M&A experience—in a high-growth sector. You’ll join a team known for long-standing client relationships and the ability to deliver commercial, regulatory, and transactional advice in equal measure.

You’ll work across commercial contracting and M&A—drafting and negotiating vendor service agreements, PBM arrangements, and healthcare-specific transaction documents—while developing regulatory skills through research, audits, and compliance strategy.
Top Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or healthcare M&A
- Prior work with or exposure to healthcare clients preferred
- Strong writing and organizational skills; comfort managing fast-moving deal flow
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admission (or eligibility) in NY or DC
- Genuine interest in long-term specialization in the healthcare sector
