What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 4–7 years in private equity, M&A, venture capital, or general corporate law.
• Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management abilities, along with exceptional academic credentials.
• Bar Membership: Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
