title: VHT + associate placement - Matthew Bernstein
description: "Working with Virginia made me enjoy changing jobs (despite some tough logistics), and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Making a career move can be a stressful experience under any circumstances, but it is even more difficult when the physical move involves switching coasts! Virginia not only helped me present myself as a candidate in the most favorable light, but she also helped me understand the firm, get a sense of what living in Los Angeles would be like, what the interviewers were seeking, and whether the opportunity fit my professional goals (spoiler alert: it has absolutely been a great fit).

-MATTHEW BERNSTEIN
