title: VHT + associate placement - Amanda DeMasi
description: "Working with Virginia was seamless and effective! Virginia helped me move from Biglaw to a midsize firm when I was a fourth year associate. She was very communicative, proactive and easy to talk to. She listened to my individual wants/needs rather than pushing me into a move I was unsure of - and helped me find the perfect job match. Would recommend her to any other biglaw associates looking for their next step!

-Amanda DeMasi
