A Chambers-ranked venture practice is seeking a counsel-level attorney to lead financings, guide founders, and mentor junior attorneys. Your mission: shape the next generation of tech, consumer, and life sciences startups—while accelerating your own path to partnership.

Top Requirements
You have 7–8 years of corporate experience, ideally within a strong ECVC or startup-facing practice. You’re confident running deals, managing closings, and advising on growth strategy. Prior experience mentoring juniors is key, and admission in NY, CA, DC, or NJ is preferred.
