About the Role:

The Legal department is a tight-knit team of attorneys. They serve all areas of the company, from risk management to product. In this role, you will be working closely with the insurance team, which aims to rapidly grow the business with a variety of innovative parametric offerings. This is an ideal position for an ambitious lawyer who is eager to learn and grow quickly and take on a variety of interesting and challenging responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal guidance and support in a variety of areas, with a particular focus on complex, high-value transactions involving multiple entities Draft and negotiate a variety of legal agreements ensuring company protection and risk avoidance Work with senior leaders of the company for legal guidance and support on strategic and corporate governance matters Partner with business units across the company on a variety of projects and initiatives Manage outside counsel as necessary for regulatory and litigation guidance Work with other members of the legal team in representing and advising the company
