About the Role:
Without giving too much away (our client wants to play this search close to the vest), this top venture fund is looking for a junior to mid-level M&A associate from a top firm to join their team.
As their AGC, you'll assist on a wide range of legal and transactional issues, including deal execution, portfolio company support and fund administration/management, as well as contributing to the firm’s continued growth.
