About the Role:

In this position, you will provide dedicated legal support to SCHOTT AG's various North American business units on a variety of commercial legal matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting commercial strategies. You will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:

Structure, draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply agreements, statements of work, vendor and contractor agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Provide ongoing legal counseling on a wide range of legal areas, such as insurance, employment, compliance and litigation matters. Support the company’s corporate activities, including due diligence and integration work for acquisitions. Support implementation and enforcement of company compliance and environmental, health and safety policies.
