About the Role:

IEX is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to their Deputy General Counsel and will act as a key resource and primary point of contact for their business teams. You should have experience handling drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts. Preferably, you should be familiar with technology businesses and contracts. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with extensive contract expertise, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an appetite for fast-paced work in a highly dynamic teamwork-oriented startup environment. Act as key resource and primary point of contact for IEX business teams needing legal assistance with contract review Prepare, review and draft various agreements, including customer agreements, terms and conditions, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements Structure and negotiate agreements and relationships with vendors, partners, and other third parties related to technology Prepare, review and update internal policies Support legal projects appropriately in a confidential and sensitive manner
