About the Role:
BH Digital is currently seeking a Venture Capital Deal Counsel to become a key member of the Legal & Compliance team. The VC Deal Counsel will work closely with the investment team and external counsel to facilitate investment into companies and protocols and serve as a trusted adviser to portfolio companies as they navigate the regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities:
Work with the investment team, operations, and deal counsel in running the deal process (reviewing documents, coordinating regulatory and tax analysis, risk management).
Advise portfolio companies on regulatory and legal matters, either directly or as a liaison to experts within our network.
Advise and assist with respect to the governance process.
Stay abreast of regulatory and policy developments.
Serve as an educational resource for the investment team and our portfolio companies.
