About the Role
As an Associate Legal Counsel, you’ll work closely with a seasoned legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel, while collaborating with outside counsel to navigate complex legal matters. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge legal issues in a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise on a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
2. Work closely with business teams to provide actionable guidance that aligns with company goals.
3. Assist in managing outside counsel to ensure efficiency and top-tier support.
4. Help scale the legal team as the company continues its rapid expansion.
About You
1. J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2. 1–3 years of experience, ideally at a top law firm or in-house, with exposure to tech, AI, or healthcare.
3. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Collaborative and eager to contribute to a high-growth company with a mission-driven culture.
Compensation
1. Base Salary: $170,000–$200,000 (flexibility for the right candidate).
2. Equity: Meaningful stock options, providing a chance to share in the company’s long-term success.
