Overview
Bay Area venture fund looking for an EC/VC associate 5–10 years out of law school. Looking to hire someone straight from a law firm. Compensation will be competitive with Cravath scale. Significant investor-side experience preferred.

Why this role?
Long-term, you’re going to be making partner money. This is the job you go to law school for if you practice at a top startup law firm and not a Wall Street firm.

Top Requirements

• 5–10 years out of law school
• Must come straight from a law firm
• EC/VC experience
• Significant investor-side experience preferred
• High bar candidate (someone who could have made partner at their firm)
