PubMatic is immediately hiring a strong Director of Privacy to join their legal team in Redwood City or New York on a hybrid schedule.

At PubMatic, they see the future - and they're looking for someone to join with their team to help drive that future.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Director of Privacy will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading their global strategy for privacy. You will champion compliance and ensure the alignment of their operations with evolving privacy laws and best practices in the industry.
PubMatic is looking for someone to help them both build an industry-leading privacy program AND help to reinvent how Ad Tech thinks about privacy. This is a job about being able to both: run a privacy program and take a blue-sky approach to changing the engine that powers the entire internet.
Base Salary Range: $220,000 to $250,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to their offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.
