You will work on some of the most interesting and novel issues arising in the technology industry. Report to Associate VP, Business & Legal Affairs, with a dotted line to the General Counsel, and work closely with other members of the legal function
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with advertisers, ad agencies, publishers, and data management companies, as well as ad tech platforms and technology providers
Partner cross-functionally with all Innovid business teams, including sales, business development, client services, product, engineering, marketing, and finance
Partner with the privacy and security teams on the company’s data collection, storage, use and transfer practices
Stay on top of the latest developments in laws, regulations, and industry trends applicable to ad tech, digital media and technology, CTV, and OTT, including federal, state, and international data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
