A top-ranked boutique is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its renowned trademark practice. Your mission: build a dynamic, high-impact career advising the world’s most recognizable brands—without sacrificing mentorship, client access, or lifestyle.

**Why this role?  
**Jump into hands-on work with global clients—from fashion icons and entertainment giants to tech trailblazers. This is not a back-office trademark job. You’ll engage directly with clients, handle complex matters across clearance, enforcement, and strategy, and benefit from real investment in your growth.

This team has launched countless in-house careers at companies like Google, Disney, the NBA, Estée Lauder, and Hulu—and it's also home to a fast partnership track. Associates earn 20% origination credit from day one and can make partner in as little as five years. Add in perks like Remote August and flexible holidays, and you've found a rare blend of prestige, purpose, and balance.

**Top Requirements  
**The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement. Bonus points for TTAB, licensing, copyright, international marks, or advertising experience. Strong writing skills, high EQ, and a commercial mindset are a must. NY bar required.
