Whistler Partners is seeking a talented junior associate with a minimum of three years of labor & employment and/or employment litigation experience to join a highly regarded, nationally recognized team advising employers on a wide range of workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft position statements, briefs, memoranda, and other written advocacy for agency matters and employment disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses related to federal, state, and local labor & employment laws
- Support litigation strategy, including drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, and managing factual investigations.
- Advise clients on employment policies, compliance, accommodations, discipline, terminations, wage-and-hour issues, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate directly with clients through written guidance and day-to-day counseling.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to manage active matters, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work product.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting employers and contribute to internal research or client-facing updates.
Top Requirements
- 3+ years of labor & employment and/or employment litigation experience
(Law school classes of 2021–2022 strongly preferred, though all qualified candidates will be considered.)
- Excellent academic credentials with strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience preparing position statements, briefs, and written client communication preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple matters, work independently, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- A client-service mindset and ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
