**Why this role?**  
Work directly with industry leaders on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate matters. **Top Requirements:**

1. 5+ years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital transactions.
2. Proven track record representing institutional investors and issuers in venture financings.
3. M&A and general corporate advisory experience with startups.
4. Prior AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
5. Licensed to practice in California.
