**Why this role?**

This is your opportunity to advise clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in complex corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. Work with prominent clients in fashion, food, media/entertainment, and advertising, and gain exposure to cutting-edge deals in digital media and AdTech.

You’ll collaborate closely with highly regarded partners who are industry leaders, offering mentorship and the chance to grow your expertise. **Top Requirements:**

- 4-6 years of corporate experience, preferably in M&A or transactional work (JD class years 2018-2020).
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and communication skills.
- Big Law experience is a plus but not required.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
